Mama needs energy!

Beware - this is an advertising post, based on personal experience.

These kids are so full of energy, as I am sure any parent can testify. Toddlers seem to suck the energy right from you. I think that's why coffee is so popular for parents. But what about mamas like me, who are not huge fans of coffee? The main alternative for caffeine then is pop/soda. Now I love my Pepsi and mountain dew, but it's not the smartest choice.

Raze is an energy drink. No crash from sugar. There is literally no sugar in it! The caffeine amount is a bit high - higher than I can drink while pregnant but less than most people drink if they have more than 1 cup of coffee a day. A Starbucks coffee - 16oz - pike place roast - has 310mg of caffeine. Raze 16oz can have 300mg of caffeine but comes in a variety of flavors. There are zero calories while the coffee has at least 5 (websites say different things) And that's just if you drink it black - no sugar/sweetener, no milk/creamer. I'm sorry, but I am going to go for the less caffeine that seems more effective to me, fewer calories, and fewer sugars.

There are so many different flavors.

South Beach Voodoo Apollo Galaxy Burst Guava Mango

Strawberry Colada Sour Gummy Worms Watermelon Frost

Grape BubbleGum Phantom Freeze Baja Lime

My favorites are the grape, watermelon, and strawberry. Even the ones with the names that you don't immediately know what you are getting are good though. Jake loves Strawberry, Galaxy Burst, and South Beach. He drinks them often. It gives him such an energy burst that he has one in the morning and he is good until bedtime while chasing kids and working.

If you need an energy burst - these energy drinks are something worth trying. They taste like juice/Koolaid, have the caffeine to push you through the day, zero calories, and zero sugar. Not every store sells them yet, so here is a link to get yourself some

BTW, they sell other stuff besides just energy drinks, but I'll go into that another time. :)
