So I didnt get anything uploaded yesterday but it was a crazy day so kinda expected it.
We woke up nice and early and headed to take the kids to my dad's house. I had a doctor's appointment and we were going to go get the van's registration taken care of. Between Dr and van, we were going to do the grocery shopping. After dropping the kids off, we headed to dr and - the day should have just ended right there.
Our van overheated. We had to pull over on the side of the freeway. Tried to check to see what was going on and the antifreeze spot was still full. So we spent a good hour and a half calling around trying to figure out what to do. Had to cancel doctors appointment, which is frustrating because - high risk pregnancy and all. We finally figured out what to do - the antifreeze was not moving from where we put it in to the radiator, so we had to wait till the van cooled own, and then take off the radiator cap and put antifreeze right into there. We were finally able to move. But we were too late to make it to my doctors appointment. We only had about an hour before we had to be taking care of the van, so not even enough time to do the grocery shopping.
So we got some breakfast/lunch and headed to get the van taken care of. Once we were done there, we went to the grocery store and then went to pick up the kids. On our way home, Jake got a message asking him to go into work and so we dropped groceries off at home and let my brother put them away while we headed to Jakes work and got dinner at the food court at the mall. Once he was done with work, we went to build a bear and got bears for the kids and ourselves. Jake and I got Harry Potter Bears with our hogwarts house robes. Wyatt got a pikachu that speaks and Jaymie got a yellow bear that sings "Into the Unknown" from Frozen 2. Shes named her Daisy.
The day was so hectic that I didnt even get to turn my computer on until...well, until I started writing this today. Do you ever have hectic busy days like that?
