So we have never had kids that are picky about what kind of diapers work for them. Sure, we have our favorite diapers (Aldi's brand for the price as well as fit and comfort) but we have never gotten a pack of diapers that we decided to completely toss before going through.
That is until recently. We were given 2 packs of diapers. The diapers were called "Dandy Diapers" and I'm guessing they no longer exist, or what because I am having trouble finding them online. We did not even make it through one pack before we said F that. The pack claimed to be "size 4" but they were too big on both little ones, who are both in size 4. Like huge. Wyatt can fit into size 5's and I've seen them on him but size 5's looked smaller than these 4's. The straps can go completely to the other side of the diaper. Weve had where while playing the diapers would move and suddenly there was poop on the clothing. The kids have come to me, telling me that their diapers are falling off and sure enough - because of how far we gotta stretch the straps to hold them, they were not staying on very well. the strap part would, but the rest would move when the kids played and the main part of the diaper would move. This would happen whether the child was wet or not. I've changed and tossed complety dry diapers because of this. Today we had to completely change clothes for adults and child because it moved while playing, little one climbed onto adult lap, child went "potty" and suddenly child and adult were wet.
So for the first time in 4 years, we threw out an open and unopened pack of diapers. They were not even good enough to donate to other families. I would not want to subject another family to them. We have done Luvs, Huggies, Pampers, Aldis, Meijers, Krogers, Walmart, etc....never had these kind of issues before
